Jean’s passion for healthcare began when her family faced a traumatic situation regarding her youngest brother. Later, her brother would be treated at Hope Network in their Traumatic Brain Injury program. Ever since that experience, Jean has committed herself to bringing the voice of the patient to internal healthcare discussions. She stays committed to this industry because of this family experience. She especially enjoys the ongoing learning and variety in healthcare…no two days are ever the same!

Jean served four years on the board of the American Hospital Association’s Society for Healthcare Strategy & Marketing Development (SHSMD). She also traveled the country teaching SHSMD’s “Your Healthcare Marketing MBA in a Day” seminar. In fact, she’s a regular speaker at national healthcare and digital conferences.

When she’s not working, Jean spends as much time with her family and friends as she can enjoying outdoor activities.
